Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
• Items should be in their original packaging.
• Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

Note: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer directly.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

• Books with obvious signs of use.
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
2. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10-15 days.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can only be accepted if the item has not yet been shipped.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please:

1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@inspiredawe.co and send your item to: Inspiredawe, 2/4 Poddar Nagar, P.O. Jodhpur Park, Kolkata, West Bengal, IN 700068.

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
• If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Please note:

• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
• If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
